Refunds and Returns
If you wish to return item(s), please return them within 7 days of receipt of your goods UNOPENED to receive a full refund. Please
contact us to arrange a return/refund BEFORE sending goods to ensure that your return is dealt with effectively. All orders may be returned within 7 days of order placement or receipt of goods for a refund if they are returned in new condition. The cost of return postage is not refundable. We recommend that you send your goods by recorded delivery and obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of your goods.
