What’s in the product?
Revitalash uses a different active molecule to the other brands, but works equally effectively, importantly without irritation. It was developed by an ophthalmologist who knows the physiology of the eye.
How much do you need to apply?
"Less is more" only a small amount. A thin line of revitalash is needed around the eye lash hair follicle at night to get results. If you apply more it does not enhance the procedure! You can apply to top and bottom lashes as well as eyebrows!
Is the product safe?
The key ingredient is perfectly acceptable to the eyes with no health issues and has been studied for years. It does not irritate glaucoma and is safe for contact-lens wearers.
Is it okay to use during chemotherapy?
It is advised that you start using the product 3 weeks after chemotherapy has ceased. There is nothing to indicate that it would be unsafe to use during chemotherapy but as chemo takes 3 weeks to be purged from the body, then it is advised that product usage commences 3 weeks after your last session.
Is it okay to use when your’re going through your menopause?
If you are going through , or have gone through the menopause you need to be more patient – lack of oestrogen means slower to grow the lashes.
Does the product contain alcohol?
Revitalash is water based, not alcohol based.
Is it okay to use if you suffer from alopecia?
Alopecia sufferers can use this, however, given their condition, it could mean they grow 3 or 4 lashes as opposed to none! In other words, effect will take longer and may not be as successful as those not suffering from alopecia.
Is there anything you need to do before you apply the product?
You need to give the bottle a little shake before use and you need to make sure you have removed all make-up.
Does it cause any discoloration?
What happens really is that when one first starts to use the product (and only some people may see this), a thin line (where the product is applied) above the lash line can be noticed...a bit darker than the skin. Then it will pretty much disappear. It is the skin adjusting to a new product. And again, many people never see this "discoloration" at all
What happens if I stop using RevitaLash?
If you stop, the eyelashes will go back to how they were. Maintenance can be maintained by using 3 x a week.
