Water

Drinking plenty of water, at least 1.5 litres a day, will help you keep hydrated, eliminate toxins and clear complexion.

A balanced diet.

If our diet is lacking in something, not only can our general health suffer but our skin appearance too. Ensure your diet includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as protein (fish and lean meat) and complex carbohydrates

Rest

Sleep is essential for your skin's beauty.  Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night.

Exercise

Exercise helps the skin.  It helps to improve circulation.  This increases the amount of oxygen available to the skin and helps to improve the transportation of waste products and toxins away from the skin.     

Skin Care

The time that you put into your daily skin care regime will show on your face. Put aside 10 minutes a day to care for your skin.

Careful cleansing

Wash your skin in the morning and evening. Whatever your skin type you should always use a mild cleanser. Cleansing helps remove the impurities that build up on your skin throughout the day and during the night.

Protection

Use sunscreen.  Reapply this every 2 hours if you are in the sun.  Moisturisers help protect your skin from the drying effects from the sun, the wind and the effects of time.
